Rich was elected to the Campbell City Council from 2010-2014 and served a 1 year term as Mayor of the City of Campbell in 2014. He has served on numerous committees as part of his council duties including the VTA Policy Advisory Committee, Chair of the Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority and League of Cities Revenue and Taxation Committee.
Rich has been a homeowner in Campbell since 1995, and has been a very active participant in our community. Over the years, he has held many volunteer positions in the community including serving as a current Member of the City of Campbell General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC), as well as serving previously as a Board Member for the Campbell Chamber of Commerce, and Commissioner on the Campbell Parks and Recreation Commission.
As a Campbell small business owner and CPA specializing in small businesses, Rich has a high level of responsibility to provide honest, fair and trustworthy services to the people of Campbell.
